The material and air move in the same direction. The wet material and high temperature hot air enter the central cylinder together. Driven by the rotary movement of hot air and equipment, they flow to the other end of the channel and fold back. They pass through the circular channel between the inner and outer cylinder bodies reciprocally to the outlet of the drying cylinder. The drum is equipped with lifting plates and guide plates with different angles and spacing. This structure can ensure that the dried material moves along the direction of the spiral under the action of gravity, maintain sufficient residence time and dispersion in the drum, and promote the material to conduct sufficient heat exchange with the hot air flow from the heat source part in the drum, eliminating the wind tunnel leading to the common cross section of the conventional drying equipment.
