UMMARIZE SUMMARY
Hot air circulation oven is the main product of our factory, which has reached a high level after many upgrades; CT series is the first generation product, with an average thermal efficiency of about 30%, adopting centrifugal fan, external circulation of the oven and manual temperature control. After several transformations, CT-C series ovens have been formed. All of them are axial fans, equipped with automatic constant temperature control system, and equipped with computer control system for selection. The heat efficiency is about 70%. It uses steam or electricity as heat source and axial-flow fan to heat the air in the way of convective heat exchange of heat exchanger. The heat transfer of hot air laminar flow is carried out through the drying plate and materials. Fresh air is replenished from the air inlet, waste hot and humid air is discharged from the dehumidification outlet, and fresh air is replenished and hot and humid air is discharged continuously, so as to maintain the appropriate relative humidity in the oven. The main feature of this series of ovens is that part of the hot air circulates in the oven, and the whole circulation process is closed, so as to enhance heat transfer and save energy.
